Facilities Management Officer

- Monitor ongoing FM projects (Civil, MEP, fit-out, infrastructure works).
- Track project progress against timelines and report deviations.
- Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Assist in troubleshooting building systems issues when required.
- Supervise contractors on-site to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support budget tracking related to FM activities.
- Document incidents and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering background (preferred).
- Skills
- - Basic understanding of MEP systems and building infrastructure. - Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems. - Good knowledge of HSE standards. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, maintenance supervision, or building operations.
