Mechanical Engineer
Maintenance
main job details
- Supervise mechanical maintenance activities and O&M contractors.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure machinery reliability.
- Conduct periodic equipment inspections and analyze vibration and oil analysis reports.
- Follow up on preventive maintenance schedules, planned shutdowns, and overhauls.
- Prepare maintenance reports and analyze equipment downtime.
- Support maintenance projects, technical evaluations, and mechanical installations.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Skills
- - Strong knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and condition monitoring. - Knowledge of preventive maintenance, cement plant KPIs, and downtime analysis. - Excellent command of English and proficiency in MS Office. - Knowledge of Maximo and MS Project is an advantage.
- Experience
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in cement plant maintenance.
