Fixed Asset Accountant

main job details
- Create new projects and monitor project bookings and spending.
- Maintain and update fixed asset records, including tracking acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
- Calculate depreciation and update asset schedules in accordance with accounting standards.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting.
- Skills
- - Clear communication skills - Process-improvement mindset - Knowledge of Microsoft Project and SAP is an asset.
- Experience
- From 1 to 2 years of Relevant Experience in a construction or manufacturing company.
